Madoc Integration Solution Sdn Bhd is a Kuala Lumpur based systems integrator specialising in smart home and building automation for residential and commercial projects in Malaysia.
As a Loxone Gold Partner and System Integrator, Madoc designs each project around the building itself, bringing automation, lighting, climate, shading, audio and other systems together through considered engineering and programming.
Our work extends from system architecture and control infrastructure through integration, commissioning and handover. Madoc also continues to provide technical support and advice after project completion. Our completed projects show how this approach is applied across residential and commercial buildings in Malaysia.

Templer Heights
Our First Project | 2014
Templer Heights was Madoc’s first project, a five-storey villa originally planned around KNX control for lighting, ceiling fans and air conditioning. As the project approached completion, Madoc discovered Loxone and integrated a Loxone Miniserver with the existing KNX system, taking the project beyond conventional control into broader building automation.

Engineering Beyond the Automation Platform
Madoc’s role extends beyond programming the automation system. We coordinate the control infrastructure and supporting building technologies required to deliver the project as one integrated solution.
01 Automation and Control Infrastructure
Control panels, circuit interfaces and automation hardware are planned around the requirements of the project and commissioned as part of the wider system.
02 Electrical and Control Coordination
Madoc defines and coordinates the wiring, circuits and control interfaces required by the automation system. Depending on project scope, electrical installation may form part of Madoc’s works or be coordinated with the appointed electrical contractor.
03 Professional Networking
Where required, Madoc designs and integrates the network infrastructure needed to support automation, CCTV and connected building systems.
04 Third-Party System Integration
Compatible HVAC, shading, security, access and other building systems can be integrated where the selected equipment provides suitable documented interfaces.
