Is wiring cost included in your package?
Upon request, yes. We work with our partner electricians and can include wiring in your proposal. If you already have an electrician, we will coordinate and guide them to ensure proper installation for your smart system.
Is there a wireless or retrofitting option available?
Yes. We offer wireless or hybrid setups for retrofit projects. However, the cost may be higher as it usually requires more devices and minor ceiling modifications. Contact us for a detailed consultation.
Do you provide Tuya, Zigbee or more affordable smart home systems?
No. We only offer systems from trusted, professional-grade manufacturers, mostly from the EU. Our focus is on long-term stability and support. Since this is a permanent system in your home, we only install solutions built to last.
Is after-sales service included?
Yes. We continue to support all completed projects. Support is always available as long as Madoc is in business. Any service after handover will be quoted based on your request. We prioritise existing clients and respond as quickly as we can.
Can the system be upgraded or expanded in the future?
Yes. Our systems are modular and scalable. You can add more features, new rooms, or upgrade technology without needing to start from scratch.
